1. Acceptance of terms

By using TapTbl Dine, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

2. Service overview

TapTbl provides a diner-facing platform for restaurant discovery, menu viewing, reservations, and OTP-authenticated table access for dine-in ordering where available.

3. Optional permissions and authentication

  • Location permission is optional and used to improve nearby restaurant results.
  • OTP authentication is required only if you choose real table access and dine-in ordering features.
  • Without optional permissions, some advanced features may not be available.

4. User responsibilities (Diners)

  • Provide accurate information for reservations and OTP verification flows.
  • Use table access and ordering features only for your own valid dining session.
  • Do not misuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.

5. Restaurant and SaaS usage

  • Restaurants are responsible for menu accuracy, availability, pricing, and operational updates.
  • TapTbl may provide software tools but does not guarantee restaurant-side fulfillment outcomes.
  • Restaurants must use the SaaS in compliance with applicable consumer and data laws.

6. Data retention and TTL

Operational session records related to OTP-based table access may be retained for up to 3 months (TTL), unless longer retention is needed for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.

7. No username/password account model

The service does not require traditional username/password accounts for diners to access core features. Authentication for real table access is done using OTP where applicable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapTbl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses resulting from restaurant operations, network interruptions, or third-party platform dependencies.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.
